Caring for Ourselves, Caring for Our World: Practicing Mindful Yoga & Mindfulness in the Natural World

As the pandemic has revealed in so many uncomfortable ways, human well-being depends on myriad, often unnoticed, essential connections within us and between us. Compassionate mindful movement and awareness of the natural world can both play key roles in supporting our communities to emerge from quarantine stronger and happier. Join this 45 minute session to explore key concepts about and intersections between these two domains, and to experience a taste of these mindfulness practices for yourself.
