Free community wide health fair including free health screenings, preventative education, food and snacks and many opportunities to learn about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Participants will get the chance to enjoy Interactive games, win prizes and connect with local health resources. Produce giveaway for first 100 people. Learn about over 20 programs and services Siouxland District Health Department provides to Woodbury County residents.
